No, we are an independent living home. Our guests are mostly self-sufficient but enjoy the comfort and support of living in a community. If you would like information on assisted living, please feel free to reach out. 

Yes, absolutely. We work with social workers, case managers, and agencies to support those with limited income.​

Yes! We encourage in-person tours or virtual walk-throughs.​

While we don’t provide daily transport, we’re happy to help coordinate rides or set up outside support services as needed.​

After a quick intake form or phone consultation, we’ll schedule a tour (in-person or virtual), review eligibility, and go over the lease. Once accepted, move-in can be as soon as the same week if a room is available.

We have a house manager who is available daily to assist with meals, light cleaning, and check-ins. We also work with care agencies if residents need additional personal care services.
